OUR SCIENCE

The air purification and food sanitation solutions from Clean Air Europe are powered by RGF, a leader in advanced oxidation technology since 1985. It uses advanced technologies to provide people and businesses from around the world with the best air, without using any chemicals. The oxidation process happens totally organically, first in water, then in air.

Over 4 million units worldwide make use of RGF’s advanced oxidation technology.

What is photohydroionization?

Photohydroionization is the name given to the patented technology that’s used indoor for installation in heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems. Photohydroionization consists of creating airborne gaseous hydrogen peroxide, which is highly effective at reducing viruses, bacteria, mold spores and odours in homes, offices and hospitals.

By combining UV-light with an advanced and organic oxidation technology, the presence of air pollutants, different bacteria and viruses (including H1N1, MRSA, SARS-CoV-2 and e-coli) is incredibly lowered.

What are air purifiers?

Air purifiers are developed to help reduce the amount of unwanted, and sometimes dangerous, pollutants that can be found in the air.
At Clean Air Europe, we sell different types of air purifiers. You can choose from a diverse range of whole home and standalone air purifiers.

USED AIR PURIFICATION TECHNOLOGIES

REME HALO® – Airborne Gaseous Hydrogen Peroxide
Lucidium® – UV-C Germicidal Light
ClearSky® – Ionization
Microcon – HEPA (High Efficiency Particulate Filtration)
Microcon – Activated Carbon Gas Phase Air Filtration
Airmation® – High Efficiency, High Flow Air Filtration

Why should I clean the air?

Clean air indoor is beneficial for your health and can help prevent illnesses. Thanks to our advanced air purification systems, you are assured of clean air that has been purified in an organic way.

Why you should clean the air is obvious: because most people spend most of their time (90%!) indoors. But they aren’t aware of the fact that the air breathed inside is often more polluted than the air in open spaces. So, for everyone’s health and wellbeing it’s essential to manage and improve the quality of indoor air.

According to data from the American College of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology 50% of illnesses are caused or made worse by polluted indoor air. If the air is filled with pollutants, they can cause headaches, lung irritation, asthma, allergies and fatigue. Meanwhile, microbes can cause illness and infectious diseases.

By installing air purifiers in your existing heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems or as standalone units, you reduce the amount of pollutants and microbes in the air, and thus the chance of people getting sick.

TEST BOOKLET

The technology behind our air purifiers is being used in (Fortune 500) companies active in health care, food processing, military, government, marine, hospitality, residential and commercial applications.

Restaurant and hotel chains, theme parks, cruise lines, public schools and hospitals use the patented photohydroionization technology to help protect them against viruses such as the Norovirus and MRSA.

But don’t just believe everything we say, check out the several testing and studies performed by independent labs and universities. For example, the presence of viruses like SARS-CoV-2, H1n1 and MRSA in a large chamber can be reduced by over 99 percent. This also applies to bacteria such as E.coli, anthrax and streptococcus.
